I listened to an incredibly  insightful webinar today presented by MRG (Management Research Group) on Characterizing Effective Leadership: Insights from Different Observer Perspectives.

I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation on some of the coaching insights specifically on how leaders  interface with others who have “different ideas about effectiveness in different areas”.

This is clearly where internal coaching capacity can come in handy if executives are going to talk about enhanced staff performance and development.  What kind of a leader are you? How do you deal with team members who have ideas that are in conflict with your own for improved efficiencies and effectiveness in your organisation? What are your employees expectations on effectiveness?
